qk33 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by qk33 at qk33.lat ("the Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the qk33 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qk33 ("we", "us", or "the Company"). If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of qk33 following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain a qk33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qk33 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. Age verification may be requested at any stage including at registration, during gameplay, or prior to processing a withdrawal.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and script-driven registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period, either voluntarily applied through qk33 or applied by any recognised responsible gambling body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. qk33 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Each individual player may hold only one (1) qk33 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, qk33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

qk33 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of JazzCash / EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account details)

Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe specified by qk33 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and approved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qk33 login credentials, including your password and any OTP verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

qk33 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from qk33 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

All activity conducted through your qk33 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qk33 immediately. qk33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

qk33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Allied Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount on qk33 is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by qk33, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.

All funds deposited to qk33 must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. qk33 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. Where a third-party deposit is detected, qk33 reserves the right to freeze the deposit pending investigation and return the funds to their originating source.

qk33 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, over which qk33 has no control. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your qk33 balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect.

Withdrawal requests on qk33 are processed within two to six hours for verified accounts. qk33 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500 applies. KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. qk33 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds, or in cases where account activity patterns require additional review.

qk33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation in the following circumstances:

• Where KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved
• Where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or terms violation
• Where chargebacks, payment disputes, or deposit reversals are pending on the account
• Where the account has active bonus funds that have not yet completed their applicable wagering requirements

Any funds held in a qk33 account are held separately from the Company's own operating funds and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

qk33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions tied to events such as PSL seasons and international cricket series.

All bonuses awarded by qk33 are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Certain game categories (including live casino tables and specific high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements — this will be specified in the promotion terms.

The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings:

• Claiming the same welcome bonus more than once by registering multiple accounts
• Using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk
• Coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements through matched or opposing bets
• Using VPNs or other means to claim bonuses intended for a different geographic region

Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager.

Sports betting markets on qk33, including cricket markets covering PSL fixtures, Pakistan bilateral series, and ICC tournaments, are settled according to the official results provided by the relevant governing body (PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international matches). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void, qk33's individual market rules will govern settlement — typically returning stakes unless a specific portion of the match has been completed per the stated conditions.

qk33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round under the following circumstances:

• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome
• Incorrect odds were published due to a data entry error or system fault
• There is credible evidence that the outcome was subject to match-fixing or corruption
• The player had access to inside information not available to the general public at the time of bet placement

In all cases of bet voidance, the original stake will be returned to the player's qk33 balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qk33. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker and cooperative exploitation of live casino table rules.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with qk33 games or betting markets without human decision-making.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks after placing bets or withdrawing winnings. Chargebacks will be pursued and the associated account permanently closed.
• Money Laundering: Using qk33 to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. qk33 maintains active AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug, or loophole in qk33's software to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided.

All content on the qk33 Platform, including but not limited to the qk33 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics and interfaces, written content, promotional materials, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of qk33 or its licensed content and game providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the qk33 Platform without the prior written consent of qk33.

qk33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we have implemented a comprehensive set of player protection tools that are accessible from within every registered qk33 account at no cost and with no requirement to contact customer support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all qk33 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk33 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

qk33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. qk33 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance where possible.

qk33's total aggregate liability to any individual player for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

qk33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the qk33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

qk33 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data held by qk33, subject to any legal retention obligations. qk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms will always be accessible at qk33.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which qk33 operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through qk33 shall first be submitted to qk33's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, players should contact qk33 in writing at [email protected] with a full description of the issue. qk33 will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the matter may be escalated to the applicable independent dispute resolution body in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.
